Hello everyone and welcome to Adore Foods EAT BETTER Weekly Meal Plan – week 3!
Each Sunday morning (this week a bit later unfortunately due to some unexpected technical issues…my bad 🙁 ), I am sitting down to plan a new week of home cooked dishes to EAT BETTER this year! No big resolutions here, just doing my best to stay healthy. I know we don’t have a lot of time on our hands these days but we can still eat good, nutritious meals 🙂

The weekly meal plan is published on our website to include quick, easy meals that will require almost no hassle at all to put together with a couple of things in common: simple ingredient lists and cooking times that will not exceed 45-60 minutes.
