I strongly believe life is too short to eat bad food and miss on amazing culinary experiences! I truly believe in balance when it comes to eating: whatever you want in moderation. If you feel like indulging in a piece of chocolate cake, do it! If you crave a healthy salad, go for it! No judgment, no guilt J
So what is my food philosophy?
I am all about home cooked, delicious food made from fresh seasonal ingredients. Real food, no trends
I also love exploring international cuisines and try and recreate recipes at home. You can find recipes from all over the world here: Europe, South America, Asia, Australia, etc.
I love cooking real food from scratch as much as possible, using real food ingredients. You may find store bought items used in my recipes as sometimes life gets busy, but no cake mix prepacks or anything like this.
While I don’t have any formal training, I’ve been passionate about food for as long as I can remember. Food, photography and coffee are my obsessions!
I cook food that I love, that I want to share with my family and friends, whether it’s trendy or not. I don’t share recipes simply because they are popular or trendy. If I don’t enjoy what I am cooking and eating, then you won’t see it on the blog.
