So glad it’s Monday!!!!
Never thought I’ll hear these words coming from my mouth but after all the lamb, chocolate desserts and all other treats, I was really looking forward to having a juice day and start it with this Blackberries & Kale Juice.
I know, who am I??!!
For today, I focused on kale as main ingredient. We all know kale is an excellent source of beta-carotene, vitamin C, iron and potassium. I have found out recently that is also packed with readily absorbed calcium, so just another reason to add it more often on my grocery list. So, after a quick look in my fridge I came up with a combination of kale and some fruits for today’s post.

Ingredients
- 2 apples I had Organic Gala
- 2 carrots peeled
- 1 mandarine peeled
- 2 cups blackberries
- 5 leaves kale
Instructions
- Add everything to the juicer
