Quick and super easy Costa Rican Orange Pudding Recipe with no artificial ingredients! I love the bright orange color and …the smell of this pudding is so wonderful!

There is no better recipe to finish this day than Costa Rican Orange Pudding. I’ve told you I don’t want to use my oven for today 🙂 Well, this orange pudding requires just 10 minutes on the stove top and…that’s it! Probably one of the least elaborated desserts I have made for quite some time, but so refreshing, bright and perfect, just like a sunny day.

I changed the oranges for 2 2/3 cups orange juice and changed the cornstarch for half the amount of tapioca. It turn out great. Love the recipe.
