Good morning! Finally spring break is here! So happy to wake up and enjoy this gorgeous morning….. no alarm clock, no need to hurry and no lunch box to be done. Yay! For today’s Monday Juice my pick is this yum honeydew and mint juice.
Sweet and yet so refreshing! I have also thrown in some green apple and a pear too. I tend to have a quick look around my pantry and see what else can be added.
Hmm.. I should run and make another glass 🙂

- Mango and Orange Juice
- Honeydew Orange Juice
- Red Cabbage and Pineapple Juice
- Blackberries and Kale Juice

- 1/4 honeydew, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 green apple (Smith)
- 1 pear
- 1 lime peeled
- 15 leaves mint
- Add all ingredients in a juicer and press start.
