Pineapple and Kale Juice Recipe
For today, I will focus on my latest obsession: pineapple.
I could have fresh pineapple everyday.
Big chunks of it or fresh juice.
I wanted to combine it with some greens (you cannot have enough of these and I definitely don’t include them too often in my diet) so I added some fresh kale and swiss chard leaves to the mix.
Fresh pineapple juice delivers a boost of natural vitamins, enzymes and minerals that are so good for your overall health.
Just to name a few of many health benefits: improves digestion, prevents colds and cough, maintains healthy strong bones, eyesight, increases immunity and helps with a healthy skin.
The combination is perfect, the greens are not overpowering, don’t worry.
This juice is so delicious, simple, green! healthy and the perfect way to start your day.

- 1/4 fresh pineapple and cut it into chunks
- 4 Kale leaves fresh, roughly chopped
- 4 Swiss chard leaves fresh roughly chopped
- 1 lime peeled
Peel, core and cut into big pieces the ripe fresh pineapple. Add pieces to the juicer.
Wash the kale and swiss chard leaves and chop them roughly. Add them to the juicer too.
Peel the lime and add it to juicer too.
Juice them together.
Serve with some ice if preferred!
