I am so excited! I cannot wait! It’s almost here….Soccer World Cup Brazil 2014!
As you all might remember, I am a big soccer fan (apart from everything else of course 🙂 ) The biggest sport event in the world, seen by 3.2 billion viewers (that’s right !) it’s just about to start.
To celebrate the Soccer World Cup and to get along this fabulous journey that will span for a little bit more than 3 weeks, I’ve decided to start my own culinary trip around the world and to take you all to the event.
I’ll start by sharing and exploring different cuisines from around the world. To be more precise, representing exactly those countries that have won their right to compete in this extraordinary event. We will do paella from Spain, seafood stew from Brazil, asados from Argentina, macarons from France, little known (but very yummy…) pasta dish from Italy. And so much more…
For every team competing I will showcase a dish. The more a team wins, the higher the chances that more dishes will be created better rounding up the character and uniqueness of that country.
So, follow me on this extraordinary journey and let’s explore together through cooking the culinary culture, history and diversity that makes us all, everywhere so very special.
See you on Thursday!!!
