– chicken thighs – skin on – butternut squash – olive oil – garlic – paprika

In a large bowl, add chicken thighs, cubed butternut, and the whole  garlic bulb cut in half too (the bottom half). Add olive oil, paprika,  fresh thyme and salt and pepper and give them a good toss
