I was inspired to make this juice after purchasing a much bigger than needed red cabbage at the local market and having to finish a big, juicy, ripe pineapple too. Strange combination, isn’t it?! After making this blackberries and kale juice, I thought I would not come up with a more strange combination…till today 🙂
How can something that looks so great (vibrant purple pinkish color) tastes bad? I was right…the sweetness of the pineapple balances perfect the red cabbage taste. So refreshing and so good looking too!
